Welcome to la maison de la tour

La maison de la tour is located in the beautiful Dordogne, near the historic market town of Le Bugue.

The house is set on the hillside above the Vézère valley at the confluence of the rivers Dordogne and Vézère. It dates in part from the C11th, when the central section was a look-out tower overlooking the river and the medieval village of Limeuil (which was under constant threat of marauding Vikings). We are fortunate to have two charming properties within the grounds, offering you a high standard of accommodation throughout the year.

The surroundings offer a fantastic balance both for those wanting to escape and unwind for a few days or for those looking to fill their schedule full of history, culture and activities.
